1. Commercials
Order a 30-second spot and change your mind? Full refund any time before production starts — just email us and it's done. Once we've started building your spot, the payment covers the work already in motion, but if we miss the mark, you still get your one round of changes included with every order until it's right.
2. Rascal Ad Spy
The $2,000 Ad Spy workflow is delivered personally within 24 hours of purchase. If we haven't delivered it within 24 hours, you get a full refund, no questions. Once the workflow is in your hands, the sale is final — it's a digital product built for you.
3. Rascal Coins
Coins are virtual goods with no cash value and can't be cashed out — but if a coin pack purchase goes wrong on our end (coins never land, double charge), email us and we'll make it right with a refund or a coin credit, your choice.
4. How refunds work
Email therascalsnetwork@gmail.com with your order email and what happened. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (that part's the bank's timeline, not ours).
